Mr. Jason D. Broecker, Attorney, joined the Keaty Patent Firm in 2016 as an expansion of the firm’s litigation and trademark sector. Since bringing his talents to the Keaty Patent Firm, Jason litigated numerous trademark and patent issues at the district court and PTO appellate levels, and holds an astonishing record in federal district court and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, consistently receiving favorable results.
Jason Broecker has especially excelled in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Louisiana. As a recent graduate of Tulane University Law School, Jason keeps abreast of the latest developments in intellectual property litigation, and harnesses those insights to create compelling, persuasive pleadings that consistently produce positive results for his clients.
In addition to his litigation expertise, Jason prosecutes trademark applications before the U.S. Trademark Office and at the state level, and regularly obtains both state and federal registrations on a variety of trademarks.
Jason received his degree in political science from the University of South Florida, and received his law degree from Tulane University. Jason is admitted to the Louisiana state bar, and is additionally a registered notary in Orleans Parish, Louisiana.
